Chemical Formulations to customer spec.
Whether it be 20 ml or 1,000 Ltr, no quantity is too small or too large. Just mail the details of the solution you require to be manufactured to our sales department and we will be happy to quote, at a competitive rate.
Here are some examples of what have become standard product lines:
- Copper Sulphate Solution
360g/lt Copper sulphate dissolved in deionised water, the solution is neutralised with 2g/l Copper carbonate. Allowed to stand for 24hrs and filter, the final pH 3.5 to 3.7
- Etching Solution
15g/l Ferric chloride, 15g/l Cupric chloride dissolved in purified water, add 60ml Conc. Nitric acid, 310ml Conc. Hydrochloric Acid and make up to volume.
- Marbles Reagent
4g Copper sulphate, 20ml Conc. Hydrochloric acid, 20ml Distilled water.
- Sampling Reagent
50ml of concentrated Nitric acid AR diluted to approximately 500ml with purified water, add 333ml of 30% hydrogen peroxide and diluted to volume.
- Solvent Mixtures
I.M.S. 40% Toluene 60%
Acetic acid 60% Chloroform 40%
Tetrahydronapthalene/Oil Turpentine
- Villellas Reagent
5ml Conc. Hydrochloric acid, 1ml Picric acid, 100ml Ethanol.
- Fluoride Buffer Solution
30(+1)g/l Sodium hexametaphosphate LR, 10(+1)g/l Sodium chloride LR. Dissolved in purified water and make up to 1 litre, pH final solution 6.0±0.5
